We only sell products we physically manage and all shipments originate from our own warehouses. Our dedicated Quality Control team physically unboxes and inspects every product prior to shipping. We palletize large purchases to assure that your order arrives at your home in damage-free condition. We can also arrange White Glove Delivery & Setup for out of state customers. The cost for Shipping of your order via commercial carrier is calculated at check-out based on dollar volume.
In-store pickup of your purchase is always FREE. Both our retail store and storage warehouses have loading docks. We have personnel on-site who can assist you with loading.
Delivery & set-up to any address within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC can be scheduled with our internal delivery team based on the following schedule:
- Purchases up to $1,499.99: $150.00
- Purchases of $1,500.00-$4,999.99: $200.00
- Purchases of $5,000.00 or more: $250.00
Delivery & set-up to any address 51-150 miles of Charlotte, NC can be scheduled with our internal delivery team based on the following schedule:
- Purchases up to $4,999.99: $300.00
- Purchases of $5,000.00 or more: $450.00
Delivery & set-up is defined as transporting our products to your home in our trucks, where they will be unboxed, assembled and placed in your home. All packaging materials will be taken from your premises and discarded.
